Waterford Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit
October 3, 4 & 5, 2008
10 am to 5 pm
Enter the National Historic Landmark village of Waterford, Virginia, and step back in time. This year we bring you the best three-day country weekend ever.

Carefully selected artisans, many of them from across the country, will demonstrate techniques of traditional craftsmanship. There will be continuous music and dance, and colonial and Civil War military encampments with skirmishes throughout the weekend. Three floors of juried handcrafts are for sale in a handsome restored brick mill. Vintage barns are transformed into galleries for paintings, photographs and dried flowers.

Our Homes Tour is included in your ticket price. You will have the opportunity to visit some of the homes in the village, and get a glimpse of how contemporary people live in historic structures. Proceeds from the annual Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit help the Waterford Foundation carry out its missions of preservation and education.

Advance tickets may be ordered by mail, phone or online at the price of $13 per person from August 18 through September 22. Advance tickets may also be purchased through Thursday, October 2, at the Waterford Foundation office, or any of the 17 ticket outlets. Many old friends and some nice surprises will entertain, inform and delight all who come to the Fair.
